Standard RMA Procedure

First read: Traxdata Limited Lifetime Warranty Statement

The following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines for Traxdata flash memory products are extremely important. They were designed to ensure we meet your expectations. Please read them carefully before returning any goods.

To obtain warranty service, you need to return the defective product to the authorized Traxdata dealer or distributor from which you purchased the Traxdata flash memory product. Please confirm the terms of your dealer's or distributor's return policies prior to returning the product. Typically, you must include product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period.

If you are unable to return the product to the authorised Traxdata dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the product, you may return the product directly to:

Before returning the product, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from Conrexx Technology BV / Traxdata. An RMA number is obtained by contacting Traxdata Technical Support via http://www.traxdata.com.

When sending a defective product to Conrexx Technology BV, you are required to provide prepaid freight and insurance. Shipped products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. You must also include proof of the date of original purchase as evidence that the returned product is within the applicable warranty period.

When you return the product to us, you MUST write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Products should arrive at our facility within 14 days of the date we issued the RMA number.
